P R O G R A M
Activities will be run from 9 to 19 every day (lunch break in the middle). Meals will be organized with participants` approval. The program will be focused on didactic issues – exploring the toolbox of adult educator working with socially vulnerable groups (learning by doing approach). Working methods based on theatre and creativity will be practiced by participants to enrich their educational programs run in home institutions. Special emphasize will be placed on didactic strategies and mechanisms improving social skills of adult learners.
Day 1
-Overview of methodology proposed. Presentation of projects by Grodzki Theatre/examples of creative work with drug addicts and disabled adult learners - "Before we enter the stage". Participants will learn how to integrate the group & identify their participants` needs, expectations, creative potential
-"Scenario – the story we want to tell". How to draw inspiration from literary texts, life stories and other sources. Special emphasize on cultural heritage and diversity of Cappadocia
Day 2
-Outdoor learning session: In search for inspiration and workshop materials -Peer education: "Participants` Time"- sharing professional experience
Day 3
-"Visual narration" – experimenting with objects and different materials.Participants will learn how to creatively use foil, rope, paper, fabric in their work with adult beneficiaries
-"Technical matters" – focus on using simple, yet creative solutions, to foster creativity of adult learners

Day 4
-"Towards the stage" – participants will learn how to put all the staging elements together and create a show. Importance of public presentations will be discussed with relation to improving social skills of adult learners
-Outdoor learning: "Art of promotion" – in search for the audience. How to make people interested in what we are doing?
Day 5
-Dress rehearsal and presentation of the result of a collaborative work to the audience
